Where have all the bloggers gone?
Gone to Facebook everyone.
Oh, when will they ever learn,
Oh when will they ever learn?
Where have all the Facebookers gone,
Long time passing?

Where have all the Facebookers gone?
Gone to Twitter everyone.

My lastest technological challenge is: I want to upgrade to Snow Leopard. This is easy and inexpensive if your Mac is already running Leopard. Mine is currently running OSX 10.4.11, i.e., some other big cat. I need OSX 10.6 or later to upgrade using the cheap version. Otherwise it will cost $170. Won’t be doing that anytime soon.
I cast on for Good Luck Cowl just before I left Sacramento and finished it last night. Here it is blocked out:
Very quick and easy. The yarn is Berroco Ultra Alpaca in the Woodland Mix colorway.
Next I am either going to finally cast on for the Cable Rangoli hat- that yarn- a periwinkle Cascade 220- has been begging me to pick it up for months now. Only, well, there’s this really nice Merlot Knitting Notions sport weight from SAFF 2007 that I finally found a project worthy of …. decisions, decisions…..
Hah! Very clever and funny! For what it’s worth, I passed on Facebook for now but I am trying twitter for a bit. Clearly I’m missing much of the fun of it because I don’t access the internet on my phone or use text messaging. (I use my phone to make and receive phone calls – imagine that!)
Also, I’m on OSX 10.5.6 myself. And since my last upgrade that brought me to that seems to have chewed up a lot of space on my hard drive – I’m holding off on going any further for now. I have serious storage issues.
Love the cowl. And I bet in that yarn it is deliciously soft!
Your good luck cowl looks beautiful! And I’m still blogging! 🙂
I’m sticking to blogging! Love the cowl. Went to install Snow leopard only to find that I have insufficient RAM so had to make the long trek into the city today to get my computer upgraded.
I haven’t even tryed to join Twitter. I am om Facebook, but must admit I find it quite booring and confusing and of not much use, and expect Twitter to be something like that, too. So I keep on blogging, it’s more my cup of tea 🙂
The cowl is so lovely! It’s something lke that I’ve been thinking of to do, so now I will go to Ravelry and look for the pattern there. I suppose it will be there somewhere.
Take good care of yourselfe!
Love the cowl! I’ve yet to join the cowl trend (hate things wrapped around my neck), but I keep thinking I *should*.
I love the cowl just gorgeous and the color is perfect for the Fall Season:) Hugs Darcy
